Shipping policy

At Layture, we take great care in preparing and shipping each of our metal art toy kits. Because our products are premium, collectible assembly pieces, we want your order to arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 month after purchase.

For pre-order items, shipping timelines will follow the estimated shipment window stated on the product page. For example, if a product is marked “due to ship out in May/June,” your order will be dispatched within that estimated period.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or for high-demand launches.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide with the exception of the following countries and regions:

  • Afghanistan
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Ukraine

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

We offer free shipping on orders of USD $600 or more.

Delivery Time

Actual delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Once your order has been dispatched, the shipping time will depend on the carrier and destination. Please understand that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated, and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order, as customs policies vary by country.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

Layture is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@layture.com.

Multiple Items / Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.

If you would like separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • pre-order demand
  • customs processing
  • carrier delays
  • local delivery disruptions
  • holidays or peak shipping periods

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@layture.com as soon as possible.

To help us resolve damaged shipment claims, please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the outer packaging
  • clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • a brief description of the issue

We will review each case and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
