Refunds are only available for products with verified manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Defects must be documented with clear photos or videos and submitted for review and approval by Layture.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Incorrect assembly, handling, or misuse by the customer.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections or natural material variations.
  • Change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or mistaken orders.
  • Damage incurred during or after assembly due to improper handling.
  • Limited edition, custom, or special-order items (unless proven defective).
  • Accessories such as holding stands and posters (non-refundable under all circumstances).

3. Review and Decision
All refund claims are subject to inspection and verification by Layture’s quality control team. Refunds or replacements are provided only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Final determinations rest solely with Layture.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Use a trackable shipping service or consider shipping insurance. Layture does not guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking proof.

6. Processing Time
Processing times for returns or exchanges may vary by region and product type.

7. Final Discretion
Layture reserves full rights to interpret, modify, and enforce this policy. All decisions regarding refunds and exchanges are final and binding.
